He has led large-scale technology transformations focused on platform modernization, operational efficiency, and global scalability.
Thiru has hands-on experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams across 12+ countries, scaling organizations from 1 to over 2000+ engineers.

Co-Founder
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in biomedical equipment sales and service, Ranjith brings deep domain expertise across the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
Having worked extensively with government hospitals, private hospitals, and medical colleges across India, he has managed the complete lifecycle of medical equipment — from sales and procurement to installation, service, and support.
He has built teams from the ground up and worked across multiple leading medical equipment brands, gaining a strong understanding of market inefficiencies, pricing gaps, and operational challenges.
